Welcome to DriveSafe. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or enrolling in any course.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DriveSafe platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age to create an account and use our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Course Requirements

By enrolling in a course on our platform, you agree to the following:

  • You must complete all sections of the course, including all required reading materials and any associated quizzes.
  • You must pass the final exam with the minimum passing score required by your course to receive a certificate of completion.
  • You must spend the minimum required time on each section as mandated by your state or referring organization.
  • No cheating or fraud: You must personally complete all course work. Using another person to complete the course on your behalf, using unauthorized aids during exams, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and notification of your referring court or organization.

Payments and Refund Policy

Course fees are displayed at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Fees are non-refundable once you have begun the course (accessed any course content beyond enrollment).
  • If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team.
  • Prepaid codes are non-refundable once redeemed. Contact your referring organization for prepaid code refund inquiries.

Certificates

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, a certificate of completion will be generated and made available for download. Certificates may also be shared electronically with your referring court, organization, or designated group leaders as part of the enrollment agreement. Certificate records are maintained indefinitely for verification purposes. Fraudulently obtained certificates may be revoked at any time.

Limitation of Liability

DriveSafe provides the platform and course content on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
